the location is subpar, being a bit of a hike to the beach, unexceptable for a resort. the pool was freezing, yet not one staff member ensured my comfort. being a guest like me, i expected at least a complimentary beverage for these horrors. it was an absoluteley unforgettable disappointment. i almost thought of leaving a good review, but just couldn’t.

The gym needs more equipment!!! The Kids' Club activities are too young for older children, limiting engagement options!!! A proper Smart TV would be beneficial for indoor entertainment when the weather changes!!!

Exceptional staff made our stay special

From the moment we arrived, friendly staff welcomed us with Greek sandwiches and a quick check-in. The spacious family room had beautiful garden views, making it a great space to unwind after a day of exploring. Every meal brought something new, from fresh vegetables to delightful desserts. The atmosphere around the pool was lively yet relaxing, offering plenty of sunbeds and a thoughtful lifeguard ensuring guest safety.

While most of our stay was enjoyable, the mattress in our room could use some attention. it felt a bit worn out, affecting our sleep quality. the kids' club activities seemed a bit too young for our 9 and 11-year-olds, which left us searching for engaging options for their age. Finally, the outdoor seating lacked privacy, with passing guests occasionally interrupting our relaxation.

Great Family Experience with Room for Improvement

We had a lovely stay overall, enjoying the pool and various dining options. Staff were extremely accommodating, assisting us with our needs. the kids' club activities seemed too young for my 9 and 11-year-olds. Future guests might appreciate a non-smoking area for more privacy.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They even assisted me in retrieving my lost phone from a local bus, which made my trip smoother. The food offered was diverse and fresh, and I particularly enjoyed the unique gyros at the poolside bar. The garden-view room was quite spacious, providing a comfortable environment to relax after a long day.

The resort lacks direct beach access, requiring a 5-minute walk and a fee for beach amenities.

the leonardo was fantastic for our special stay! we were blown away by the great service, especially when they surprised us with a birthday cake for my partner. the all-inclusive food options were varied and delicious, and the proximity to the omelette station in the morning was a delightful perk. the pool bar's grab-and-go offerings were a nice touch, too.

the beach isn’t super close, which was a bit disappointing. 🤔 the staff were extremely friendly, always smiling. the food selection was diverse and fresh! ! the animation team kept us entertained with fun activities!

I spent 10 fantastic nights in a Twin Room Garden View, where the staff made me feel like family. I loved the themed dinners that brought local flavors to life, especially Greek night with mouthwatering dishes. the welcoming arrival with snacks truly set a joyous tone for my stay. The poolside bar offered unique snacks like gyros, giving me a taste of the region while I relaxed. I would appreciate a bit more variety in the pool bar’s snacks for those lazy afternoons.

The all-inclusive dining was varied, with fresh options and creative cocktails. Loved the lively animation activities and the nearby beach.

It was just a fine choice for a flash stay in Kolymbia with great value-to-price ratio. The pool area had a lovely atmosphere, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. For better variety, bring your own snacks since the bar doesn't serve food with drinks.

Staff retrieved my lost phone promptly and kindly.
